Go to the webpage www.IAVCEI2008.hi.is, which has all the relevant information regarding the meeting. A selection of hotels is offered on the electronic registration form. Alternative accommodation (hotels, guesthouses, apartments etc.) can be found on the website www.visitreykjavik.is – also accessible through the conference home page. This is especially interesting to those seeking cheaper accommodation since the web-page includes flats and rooms for more than 2 persons. Keep in mind that the sooner you do your accommodation reservation the greater will be your selection. The meeting venue is down town Reykjavik, at the University of Iceland campus. Financial assistance is available to scientists from less favoured regions of the world and students.
