JOB ANNOUNCMENT:

A 6 month position is available at the European Center for Geodynamics and 
Seismology (ECGS) in  Luxembourg (www.ecgs.lu), to work Radar interferometry 
(InSAR) and PSI related techniques for ground deformation studies.

Position is available in September 2007.

The successful candidate will work on data from active African volcanoes in the 
frame of diverse international projects. The work will be done in close 
cooperation with the Dept. of Geophysics/Astrophysics at the National Museum of 
Natural History in Luxembourg.

Candidate must hold a PhD degree in geophysics or a related discipline and have 
good skills in SAR and Matlab. Knowledge of GIS, remote sensing, or numerical 
modeling is an asset.
