New submission procedure for the Bulletin of Volcanology
From: John Stix <stix@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
**************************************

Effective immediately, submissions to the Bulletin of Volcanology will be made
electronically. Authors should email a single PDF file to the Executive Editor
(bullvolc@xxxxxxxxxxxxx), who will determine if the manuscript is suitable for
the Bulletin. The PDF file should (a) contain line numbers, (b) be
double-spaced with 12 point font, and (c) be less than 5 megabytes in size. To
ensure that the file does not exceed 5 megabytes, authors should use
medium-resolution or low-resolution figures in the initial submission process.
Please be sure to include your e-mail address and your fax number when
submitting.

Authors unable to submit a PDF file may use the previous submission policy,
i.e., email or fax the title, abstract, acknowledgements and the introductory
and concluding sections to the Executive Editor (bullvolc@xxxxxxxxxxxxx) and
include the number of pages (double-spaced, 12 point font), figures, and tables
in the manuscript.

Any questions regarding this new submission procedure should be directed to the
Editorial Office (bullvolc@xxxxxxxxxxxxx).

John Stix
Executive Editor
