Please send candidate photos and detailed captions to either of the addresses below by February 2, 2007. Photos of volcanoes in eruption or not, as well as photos of volcanic features are welcomed. Please limit your submission to less than 20 photos. DIGITAL PHOTOS ARE ENCOURAGED. Generally the images need to be 6 megapixels or higher. The final image size on the calendar is approximately 12x10.5 inches and we would like it to be 300 dpi. This translates to a dimension of 3600 pixels x 3150 pixels. (Please send the highest resolution...the original... version of the image that you have). If possible also send us a much lower resolution version of the image. High quality slides and prints are also acceptable. Originals will be returned following the selection of photos and production of the calendar. Please remember to include CAPTION INFORMATION. Photographers will receive ten copies of the calendar if your photo is selected for use. Thanks for supporting IAVCEI.
