Recently I submitted a request to this list for stories of interactions
between animals and tectonic activity, for a wildlife documentary. I
was delighted to receive over twenty responses from volcanologists
around the world! Many thanks to all of you who wrote to me, I was
impressed by the thoughtfulness of this community. (I was able to thank
most everyone individually, but a couple of my emails did not go
through). For those who expressed interest in seeing the film, it will
be years in the making but I will certainly send news of it down the line.
Any more ideas please pass them along anytime!
