Invitation to COV4 Participants: "Outreach Exchange Session"

To: All Participants of the IAVCEI Cities on Volcanoes4 Meeting:
"The Cities on Volcanoes 4 Outreach Exchange"
Tuesday 24 January, 4.30 pm in a room near the poster session.
At COV4, bring recently-developed graphics, brochures,
educator activities, educational videos, webpage models, and school
international pen-pal opportunities to the "Outreach Exchange."
Participants will be allowed 3 minutes to describe their product.
Laptop and computer projector will be provided. You are invited to
bring additional copies for distribution. If you wish to ensure a
spot at the Outreach Exchange, contact Carolyn Driedger at the
address below.
4:30pm (in 45 minutes, we should be able to accommodate as many as 15
talks)

Clearinghouse open
· Tables for laptops, educational activities, products for free
distribution
· We will try to make a video monitor available
