Take a look at http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?m=105098558615614 to
maybe pick up an idea or two.

I would however suggest looking into e.g. a HP ProCurve 2626 switch,
it will probably cost you less ($400) than PC+NICs+labor, unless you
can get by with scrapheap hardware and labor is cheap.

Note that your existing switch can be used only in one VLAN.
For each VLAN you will need one NIC (networking interface card) in
the PC and possibly also one switch.
