Subject: [VLAN] Question about bind_type

Hey,

I noticed that the vconfig 1.8 usage message contains information
about bind_type, but does not contain the set_bind_mode
parameter.  Do the PER_DEVICE and PER_KERNEL distinctions still
exist, and if so how do you invoke them?
