I have never tried Live TV on the mobile, but this should be possible via the Streamdev VDR Plugin:https://projects.vdr-developer.org/projects/plg-streamdev/files
Even N9 had enough CPU to to stream just fine, I made many years ago a simple qt ui + ported sxfe and it's dependencies to it for testing.
