Yes, you're right. The manual upload was necessary when I started back in
2005. In the meantime the firmware is loaded automatically along with the dxr3
module. But anyway: it takes a few seconds until the dxr3 is ready. It's a
pitty that the dxr3 doesn't survive suspending.
