People using some STB0899 versions will have their demodulators burned
due to the demodulator running with a too high unsupported clock of
135MHz. The STB0899  is rated to run at a maximum of 99 MHz only.

The safe bet is to use http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb
