error with "cAudioRepacker"

Hello,
Today I spent a lot of time to find out what 
is wrong there:
Here comes a small sylog output:

I am using a tt 2.3 dvb-s and the latest firmware for it.
There are no other expensive background threads.
The harddisk i in dma mode etc.
my vdr-version is 1.4.4 but I tried it with unpatched 1.4.5 too.
The repackager errors are only listed in the debug log after starting a 
recording.
Live view is ok.

Please help.
