You've switched recently from VDR 1.2 to 1.4, and you kept the 
channels.conf, right?

The 16387 at the end is a proprietary marker of the old AutoPID patch to 
mark channels that should be automatically updated. Since this field is 
actually the radio ID, VDR keeps these channels although they're 
duplicated. The 1.4 channel scan later added the third valid one.

The second one is totally irregular, as it has no satellite assigned and 
thus no valid receiving device.

The clean way to update from VDR 1.2+AutoPID to 1.4 is to first replace 
all the 16387's by 0, and then let VDR 1.4 do the channel updating. 
Unfortunately, now you already have most channels twice, and VDR wont 
like that setup at all.
