vdr to 8psk

Goodmorning,
  I would like to include this updated patch to vdr-1.4.3 sources. This  patch along with an v4l-dvb hg tree souce patch will allow one to  receive both qpsk and 8psk broadcasts where permitting. The vdr source  patch assumes that you are using the "genpix-usb-module",  the  v4l-dvb current hg tree drivers with the enclosed patch and that you  made a dir @ /usr/src/v4l/v4l-dvb (edited in the "Make.config" file)
