I dare, but here's some feedback anyway :) It probably isn't a surprise, but the NPTL problems with the mp3 plugin are still present just like before: songs start to play, but while they're playing, every remote control button press takes something like 10+ seconds before anything happens. Anyone have ideas how to fix this? Note that it's only the mp3 plugin (and muggle, but that's a bit OT), the mplayer plugin works fine with NPTL. On Fedora Core 5, the old LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=... trick for disabling NPTL at runtime is no longer feasibly available and I guess other distros will follow down that path soon, and some may alredy have.
