cReceiver vs cFilter and PTS questions

Hello at the WE I have rewritten my  PTSReceiver. It works with more 
then 3 PID.

It seems to work but I have a problem.

I get double entries for each PID.
If I understand, "payload_unit_start_indicator" should be 1 for every 
new Packet.
Should this prevent that I get doubel PTS?
