image/sound stutter when watching live, but not in the processed recording

What happens if you replay such a recording within VDR?

Please enable the PTS logger in vdr-xine: edit xineDevice.c, locate 
cXineDevice::PlayCommon3() and comment out (//) the first "if (0)" in 
that function.
Then send me a few lines of that output on console after "soft start 
phase", i. e. about 15 seconds after switching to that channel.
