This value is hardcoded, see menu.c: case kGreen|k_Repeat: case kGreen: SkipSeconds(-60); break; case kYellow|k_Repeat: case kYellow: SkipSeconds( 60); break; Personally, I've added that the key 1/3 skips back/forward 10 seconds.
