vdr-xine FF & RW stall

This is the known issue. But I must admit, that I currently don't have 
any idea how it is caused.

This value is hardcoded, see menu.c:

     case kGreen|k_Repeat:
     case kGreen:   SkipSeconds(-60); break;
     case kYellow|k_Repeat:
     case kYellow:  SkipSeconds( 60); break;

Personally, I've added that the key 1/3 skips back/forward 10 seconds. 
But the two keys are intended to be used differently. That's way my 
patch didn't make it into VDR yet.
