Paying for a subscription does not mean he can legally use SC. In most countries, its nowadays illegal to bypass any content or copy protection system, no matter if you are allowed to access the content or not. Just explaining how SC works or where to get it may get the poster or the mailing list hoster into serious legal trouble. See for example the recent AllofMP3 wave: Lawyers still fight about whether Allofmp3's licenses are Russian licenses only or can legally be sold to German customers. Nonetheless they already admonish (abmahnen) people for just LINKING to that site. 4000? for linking a page because its not 100% sure whether the site is fully legal... Its consensus to keep all potentially illegal discussions off the list. There are enough offshore hosted sites covering such topics anyway. Cheers, Udo
