Nexus-2 Rev 2.3: No remote, no PCM sound

Hi,

I just received a new Nexus-S Rev 2.3 and installed it with
kernel 2.6.12-rc5 and Firmware 261d.

Video works, I can record and replay recordings.
But I cannot get the remote to work and I have no PCM sound.
Both worked with Rev 2.2 and everything else is identical.

First the remote: I tried
root@mm:~# av7110_loadkeys /etc/vdr/roc650.rc5 >/proc/av7110_ir
root@mm:~# evtest /dev/input/event2
Input driver version is 1.0.0
Input device ID: bus 0x0 vendor 0x0 product 0x0 version 0x0
Input device name: "DVB on-card IR receiver"

roc650.rc5 did work with my old Nexus-s Rev 2.2. I also tried
hauppauge_grey.rc5, nothing either.

evtest does not react on anything. What could I try next?

The sound: I do have analog sound, just not SP/DIF. The
A/V receiver does recognize a PCM signal coming from the Nexus,
but is simply is silent. setup.conf says CurrentVolume = 255
