Mplayer plugin and slave mode patch rejected

I think a year ago I already asked for inclusion and the patch
was rejected with some rude comments from Arti...

MPlayer plugins is already using get_percent_pos, but obviously
this doesn't works for all file formats.
So the slavemode patch is the second best solution for now,
although this values are incorrect sometimes as well.
