Please include blkzone: add capacity field to zone report in next dot release

Hi Karel,

I just saw you tagged 2.36.2 last month, but it doesn't include the commit
e5ad3a6ad0b4 ("blkzone: add capacity field to zone report").

Would it be possible to include it in the next dot release? The zonefs-tools
test suite depends on this commit and it will be easier for downstreams to
test zonefs and/or the kernel's zone append implementations with this patch.
