fdisk changes (2.17.1)

summary about fdisk changes in incoming util-linux-ng 2.17.1:

  - add -h (help) option

  - add -c option to disable DOS-compatible mode from command line

The DOS compatible mode is deprecated from now (2.17.1) and I hope
one day all DOS junk (C/H/S support) will be completely removed
    from fdisk/sfdisk/cfdisk.

The '-c' option is important for people who use fdisk from scripts.
In the version 2.18 (or 2.19?) will be DOS-compatible mode disabled
    by default.

  - fdisk prints warning if DOS mode is enabled and/or display units
    are cylinders.

  - fdisk does not check for cylinder boundary in non-DOS mode any
    more

  - fdisk does not print warning if number of cylinders is greater
than 1024 (... because very old LILO, DOS compatibility)

  - fdisk will always try to use 1MiB offset for the start of the
first partitions and 1MiB grain for partitions.

  - few fixed
