Nope, that won't work. Normal USB sticks are often (although not always) 
unpartitioned, and the one thing the machine that is connected to the 
embroidery machine does is to take data on USB sticks - to be transferred 
to the embroidery machine.

So I'll look at hacking blkid to not be silly for small media. If it finds 
a partition table, it shouldn't do anything else.
