Applied with some minor changes (you have to explicitly use
--disable-mount; the default is to compile mount(8) and
blkid/volume_id is always required in this case).

I've moved pivod_root(8) to sys-utils/ and ifdefed whole mount/
directory in the top-level Makefile.am.
