Good point, but we already require _GNU_SOURCE, setarch(1) uses
program_invocation_short_name, our code is full of linux specific
code, syscalls, ...

I see err.h in uClibc too.

Then we can remove err.h from the tree. Actually err.h is used in cal.c, column.c and mesg.c only.

 I'd like to clean up same stuff in mount/* too. So... I'm going to add
 a check for "err.h" to configure.am and fix things in mount/* and you
 can fix the rest (cal, column, mesg, ...). OK?
