Good point, but we already require _GNU_SOURCE, setarch(1) uses
program_invocation_short_name, our code is full of linux specific
code, syscalls, ...
So the question is... What kinds of libc we want to support?
I see err.h in uClibc too.
Then we can remove err.h from the tree. Actually err.h is used in cal.c,
column.c and mesg.c only.
