 versions of autopoint, autoconf, automake and autoheader?

 I need to add a check of versions to the ./autogen.sh. It's probably
 unreal wish that all old versions of autotools is able to generate an
 useful build system...

 I don't expect that anyone (except developers who checkout from GIT)
 will run ./autogen.sh.

 I have:

     aclocal (GNU automake) 1.9.6
     automake (GNU automake) 1.9.6
     autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.59
     autoheader (GNU Autoconf) 2.59
