Coconino National Forest offices closed Thursday due to storm

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz., Feb. 20, 2019, For Immediate Release — Due to the high winds and heavy snow forecasted for this evening and throughout Thursday, all Coconino National Forest offices will be closed tomorrow.

 

The closures include the Forest Supervisor’s Office on the west side of Flagstaff, Flagstaff Ranger Station on the east side of Flagstaff, Mogollon Rim Ranger Station near Happy Jack, and the Red Rock Ranger Station and Visitor’s Center in Sedona. The Visitor’s Center may be closed through Saturday, so please call (928) 203-2900 if you are planning a visit.

 

To check whether or not an office is open, closed, or on a delayed-opening schedule, please call the following numbers at any time:

 

·         Forest Supervisor’s Office and Flagstaff Ranger Station: (928) 527-3600

·         Mogollon Rim Ranger Station: (928) 477-2255

·         Red Rock Ranger Station and Visitor’s Center: (928) 203-2900
