Public meeting to be held regarding mountain goat management in Unit 4 The Sitka District Ranger, under the authority granted by the Federal Subsistence Board, will hold a public meeting to share information and solicit public comments concerning
mountain goat management in Unit 4. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m., July 28, at the new Sitka Ranger District location at 2108 Halibut Point Rd. The Alaska Department of Fish and Game will also review current management strategies and present information related to mountain goat harvest and population trends. Those
