Crews continue efforts on the Bar M Fire

 

Flagstaff, Ariz. – The Bar M Fire southwest of Mormon Lake received additional precipitation yesterday and continues to smolder and creep. Over the next couple days, crews on scene will be conducting small burnout operations to stay ahead of the main fire and prepare for drier conditions forecast for later this week. Some smoke may be in noticeable in the immediate area, but will be light. Size remains at approximately 4,600 acres.
