Forest considers Yavapai Apache Sewer and Utility Line
The proposal includes construction of a buried sewer and other utility lines (likely natural gas with UniSource) in a single trench approximately six feet outside the existing pavement of Middle Verde Road from the Interstate 17 interchange to and along Reservation Loop Road.
Construction is proposed within existing Town of Camp Verde road easements and disturbance areas for construction likely to be 12- to 20-feet wide.
The comment period allows the public early and meaningful participation on a proposed action prior to a decision being made by the responsible official, which is the Forest Service.
Written, facsimile, hand-delivered, oral, and electronic comments on this action will be accepted for 30 calendar days following the publication of this notice in the Arizona Daily Sun. The publication date in the newspaper of record is the exclusive means for calculating the comment period. Submit written comments to:
