Bill Williams Mountain Road Closed for the Winter
Williams, Ariz. – The Kaibab National Forest is closing the Bill Williams Mountain Road, Forest Road 111, starting Friday December 14, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. and it will remain closed for safety concerns for the winter. This is a temporary closure to ensure the safety of the public while there is snow or the potential for snow cover on the road. The road is expected to reopen sometime after the spring thaw, and opening will be weather dependent.
