Kaibab National Forest To Waive Camping Fees at Ten-X Campground
TUSAYAN, Ariz. – The Kaibab National Forest will waive camping fees at Ten-X Campground on the Tusayan Ranger District for the night of Sept. 29 in honor of National Public Lands Day.
The sites to be included in the fee waiver are the first-come, first-served single-family sites at Ten-X Campground. The fee waiver does not apply to the group sites or the reservable single-family sites. All campers should check in with the campground hosts upon arrival.
Ten-X Campground is located about 2 miles south of Tusayan and 47 miles north of Williams on state Highway 64. The campground is about 4 miles from the south entrance to Grand Canyon National Park. For additional information on Ten-X Campground, visit www.fs.usda.gov/goto/kaibab/ten-x.
