Community Meeting
WILLIAMS, Arizona – The Williams Ranger District will host a community meeting to discuss protecting the City of Williams and the town’s watershed from severe fire occurrence. The meeting will be held at the Williams City Hall Council Chambers, 113 S. 1st Street, Wednesday, February 23 at 6:00 p.m.
Martie Schramm, Williams District Ranger said, “We are very interested in listening to ideas and concerns about protecting Williams from a large wildfire, especially given some of the fire activity we experienced in 2010. We hope community members will attend.”
