***The Fort Valley area received enough rain this afternoon that the fuels are too wet for a burn to be effective.  Prescribed fire activity planned for tomorrow has been cancelled.***

Coconino National Forest Planned Prescribed Fire Activity Planned for June 25
 
All prescribed fire activity is dependant on weather, crew availability, and approval from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (www.azdeq.gov).


Fort Valley Project: 150 acres of broadcast burning located northeast of Hwy 180, off Shultz Pass Rd. Forecast winds should move smoke to the northeast, however smoke will likely be noticeable at in the Hwy180 and Baderville areas overnight.
