Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack to Provide Remarks on the Value of Investing in Rural America and USDA-led Innovations

Vilsack also to speak at Naturalization Ceremony

WASHINGTON, June 23, 2015 – TOMORROW, June 24, 2015, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack will speak at a Global AgInvesting conference. At the conference, GAI AgTech Week, Vilsack will unveil a new report on scientific breakthroughs discovered by USDA researchers that have led to new patents and inventions with the potential for commercial application.

Later in the day, Secretary Vilsack will speak at a naturalization ceremony about expanding opportunities in the United States for those on the path to citizenship.
