Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack to Host Media Call on New Gulf Restoration Partnership
NORCO, La., Oct. 28, 2014 – Today, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack will host a national media call from Louisiana to discuss a new partnership that will aid in Gulf restoration following the 2010 Deepwater Horizon explosion and oil spill. Secretary Vilsack will be joined on the call by Natural Resources Conservation Service Chief Jason Weller and National Fish and Wildlife Foundation’s Gulf Environmental Benefit Fund Senior Vice President Tom Kelsch.
