Recent MOU signed by USDA Secretary Vilsack and Tom Gallagher, CEO, Innovation Center calling for the following: 

1)      A “roadmap for biogas” patterned after USDA’s national biofuels roadmap

2)      Accelerate and streamline the process for adopting anaerobic digesters and other innovative manure management technologies by U.S. dairy farm operators through various USDA programs
