WASHINGTON-July 25, 2012-Tomorrow, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and Forest Service Chief Tom Tidwell will announce - and field questions on - new economic figures relating to the nation's forests. They will also announce new alternative-energy projects, the results of ongoing wildfire-mitigation projects, and the opening of a cutting-edge research center that will bring nanotechnology and billions of dollars to the forest-products sector.
