What kernel options are enabled in your kernel? Currently CPU idle will
break secure world entry, also did you enable PSCI? Any output with
early_printk?

arch/arm/boards/phytec-som-imx6 contains the board specific code for
your board. lowlevel.c is the c file compiled into the pbl. What you
need to do for OP-TEE early loading is:

1. Compile the tee.bin into barebox via the firmware/ directory
2. setup a stack and call setup_c
3. immediately call into a new pure C function afterwards to start from
a clean C environment
5. Enable DT_OVERLAY and configure your OP-TEE for DT_OVERLAY as well
6. read the DT_OVERLAY from the shared location during barebox
initialization
6. apply the overlay to the during barebox start as a pure_initcall

Since this seems to be a kernel boot issue, I'd suggest getting more
information from early kernel boot. The kernel has options to check the
memory during initialization, however I currently don't remember the
options.
