I made changes you suggest. Now ethernet works!

Now I still have some minor issues with DE10-Nano:

  * socfpga-xload-2_defconfig does not work but socfpga-xload_defconfig does;
  * 'sleep 1' longs for 5 seconds.

I suppose that DE10-Nano is somewhat differ with DE0-Nano-SoC.
