The board model name is wrong. Here is the DE0-Nano-SoC (Atlas-SoC) board: http://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?Language=English&No=941 it is based on Cyclone V SE 5CSEMA4U23C6N.
