Hi, to setup a disk to make it bootable on a regular PC (to use u-boot-v2 as a bootloader in the x86 world), a small host/cross tool is required. This tool must patch the binary u-boot-v2 image after storing it on this disk. To be able to patch at the correct offsets, this small tool and u-boot-v2's linker script must be in sync. To ensure that, I would like to include this tool into the u-boot-v2 source tree. But where? The 'tools/' subdirectory is gone.
