* what version of tslib do you use?
* how does your ts.conf file look like?
* what touchscreen controller device do you use? (printed by evtest or
evemu-record)

When i export following variable and run ts_calibrate command than it
gives different x and y location.
Here i have attached result of ts_calibrate.
Export Variable:-
