UTF-N support

Hello,

I'm not generally in support of extended charset for news but even in fr.*
we now have some groups that accept UTF-n encoding (mainly UTF-8) because
they deal with languages such as Japanese, Chinese or Greek. In our
internal newsgroups at work (which I managed to keep on an INN server), we
have people posting also in UTF-8 (Lookout Express and all that).

It involves recognition of libiconv at Configure time and using it so it
must be a bit more complicated to implement but it would be nice.

What do you think Wayne?

I admit that being on MacOS X with full UTF support in iTerm does something
in my motivation in asking :) trn4 compiles and runs cleanly on 10.2/10.3
BTW.

Ollivier, proud user of trn since when it was called rn and developed by L.
Wall... :)
