Hello! I have been getting frequent crashes in trn since moving to a new news server at netnews.attbi.com. They seem to happen when entering or leaving a newsgroup. Except for the kernel, my system has not changed for several months, and this version of trn worked fine with my previous news server at @home.... ie, libraries, trn build, applications, and etc have not changed. I also recompiled trn for this test, same result.... nn, windoze newsreaders, etc, do not seem to crash. Another symptom (same or different problem??) is that sometimes the newsgroup list will show some messages but when I enter the newsgroup there will be none. Any comments appreciated. Anything I can do to help debug this??? =S.Coffin GV Computing scoffin@attbi.com ========================================================================== # uname -a Linux yawn.gv.com 2.4.17 #9 Wed Dec 26 08:40:04 MST 2001 i686 unknown # trn -V Trn version: 4.0-test76 (Apr 2, 2001).
