My Firefox does not have a menu bar like Konqueror does, it instead has a 
hidden menu that drops down into view when you click the "hamburger" icon, but 
it normally does have a standard TDE title bar, and borders that you can drag, 
like all windows in TDE normally do.  From Dan's reply, I think I must 
accidentally have pressed F11.  Until that accident happened, I had no idea 
that a browser could suddenly become full screen like that.
