	Does your Firefox have a TDE frame and menu bar?  If not, you might want to
enable it to get the widgets that Firefox usually turns off, by clicking on
the "hamburger" icon near the top right and selecting More Tools..., then
Customize Tool Bar, opening a tab with a checkbox at bottom left titled Title
bar.
