Ah! Both! I have a desktop which is 14.0.13, and two laptops with
14.1.0 which I upgraded last week, it failed trying to go between any
of them.

I also tried "sftp://"; out to a remote server which uses a password
instead of the shared ssh key, and that worked on 14.0.13. I will try
it on 14.1.0.... and it worked on 14.1.0 as well.

So in summary, it seems that sftp:// is failing when using shared ssh
keys, in both current 14.0.13 and 14.1.0

I hope someone can independently confirm this.
